Proposed New Covenants- 1st Draft Meeting

Attached you will find the first draft of our Proposed New Covenants.  Our existing Covenants expire in July of 2024 and according to Article VII Section 3 they need to be renewed and extended!

We will be having our first of 3  “All Neighborhood” feedback meetings to discuss the Covenants.  It will be held at the pool on Wednesday June 14^th starting a 6:30 PM and will end at 8.  The pool will be temporarily closed for this meeting and is for adults only.

We look forward to seeing all of you there and hearing your feedback. If you can’t make it, we would be happy for you to email your thoughts to the board at board@montclairnews.org
