Welcome to Montclair! Montclair is a lovely community at the edge of the beautiful mountains in North Forsyth County and Cumming, Georgia. We are surrounded by woodlands and nature is our backyard! We are a swim/tennis community with an active Homeowners’ Association. Most importantly, we take pride in our neighborhood and take care to keep it a safe and welcoming environment for all our families. Neighborhood events and social activities are among the many exciting things Montclair has to offer.
