Articles of Incorporation – Montclair Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc.
If you see a dog that does not have a collar or is destroying your property this is not a HOA problem. You must contact Forsyth County Animal Control and they will handle the situation. Please be able to provide them a picture and description of the dog so that they know what to look for. We understand that this has been a problem in the past and the HOA hopes that all residents know that Forsyth County has a lease law so all dogs must be kept on leases or in the owners’ control at all times. Thank you
