Stray Dogs

If you see a dog that does not have a collar or is destroying your property this is not a HOA problem. You must contact Forsyth County Animal Control and they will handle the situation. Please be able to provide them a picture and description of the dog so that they know what to look for. We understand that this has been a problem in the past and the HOA hopes that all residents know that Forsyth County has a lease law so all dogs must be kept on leases or in the owners’ control at all times. Pool Rule Reminders

Please familiarize yourself and help enforce these rules to ensure that our pool area is safe and enjoyable for all residents. Violation of these rules can lead to loss of amenities area use.

Common questions:

Q – Can my child go to the pool on their own?
A – Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

Q – What are the pool hours?
A – Pool hours are 7:00am to 10:00pm.

Montclair Pool Rules
Warning, no life guard on duty! Swim at your own risk.

  1. Pool Hours: 7:00am to 10:00pm.
  2. No smoking allowed in or around pool area.
  3. No pets allowed in gated pool area. Please clean up after your pet in the amenity area.
  4. Any child 14 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult18 years or older.
  5. Pool for Montclair resident use only. All guests must be accompanied by a resident. Only 2 guests allowed per resident.
  6. Proper swim attire required. Shorts or suits not made for swimming are not permitted to be worn in the pool.
  7. Please be respectful of other pool users.
  8. Large flotation devices are not allowed.
  9. No running, horseplay, or foul language will be tolerated.
  10. Children under 3 years of age, or not potty trained must wear a water resistant swim diaper.
  11. Food and drink must be kept away from pool.
  12. Discard of all trash in proper receptacles.
  13. No glass allowed inside gated pool area.
  14. No alcohol allowed in gated pool area.     Any person under the influence of alcohol will be asked to leave.
  15. Persons with diarrhea illness or nausea should not enter the pool.
  16. Persons with skin, eye, or nasal infections; open cuts or wounds or communicable diseases are not allowed to enter the pool.
  17. Please keep radio volume to a minimum.
  18. The pool area gate should not be propped or left open at any time.
  19. Pool is closed during heavy rain or when thunder or lightning is present.
  20. Montclair HOA is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
